01 Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to Socials to Go or using any of our services at getsocialstogo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Socials to Go, a business operating under the laws of the State of Florida, headquartered in Florida.

02 Service Description and Content Disclaimer

Socials to Go provides subscribers with monthly personalized social media content kits delivered as PDF files. Each kit contains content ideas, captions, reel concepts, shot suggestions, carousel breakdowns, and related creative direction tailored to your industry and business.

2.1 Creative Suggestions Only

All content, directions, scripts, shot lists, and suggestions contained in your monthly kit are creative suggestions only. They are provided as starting points and inspiration for your social media content, not as instructions, mandates, requirements, or professional advice of any kind.

2.2 No Professional Advice

Content generated by Socials to Go does not constitute legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, real estate advice, or any other form of professional advice. Industry-specific content is generated for marketing purposes only. Always consult qualified professionals for matters in your field.

2.3 Subscriber Review Required

You are solely responsible for reviewing all content before posting. You agree to review, edit, and approve all content to ensure it is accurate, appropriate, compliant with applicable law and platform policies, and suitable for your specific business and audience.

2.4 Physical Safety

Physical safety in the performance of any content, including but not limited to reel scripts, shot suggestions, and video directions, is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the subscriber. Socials to Go provides creative suggestions only. No content direction should be interpreted as a safety-validated instruction. Subscriber assumes all risk associated with any physical activity depicted or described in subscriber's content.

2.5 Industry Compliance

Subscribers in regulated industries are solely responsible for ensuring all posted content complies with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to the Fair Housing Act, HIPAA, FTC guidelines, state licensing regulations, and any other industry-specific compliance requirements.

2.6 Market and Statistical Data

Any market data, statistics, or trend information included in content kits is generated for illustrative purposes only and must be independently verified before use. Socials to Go makes no representations as to the accuracy of any market data or statistics.

2.7 Kit Modifications

Delivered kits cannot be modified after delivery. Feedback and requested changes will be incorporated into the following month's kit. This is by design as content is generated in advance for the upcoming month's calendar.

03 Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

3.1 Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial. If you choose to continue after the trial, you will be billed monthly at the rate of your selected plan.

3.2 Plans and Pricing

  • Starter at $47/month: Instagram and Facebook content
  • Pro at $97/month: Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content
  • LinkedIn add-on: Available at additional cost on both plans
  • LinkedIn Starter at $37/month: LinkedIn-only content
  • LinkedIn Pro at $67/month: LinkedIn-only, expanded content

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

3.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Socials to Go to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All charges are in USD.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for mid-period cancellations. Kit delivery will cease after the final paid period ends.

3.5 Platform Enforcement

Content is generated only for platforms included in your paid plan. Platform access is determined by your subscription tier, not by form input. Requesting content for platforms not included in your plan will not result in that content being generated.

04 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Socials to Go service to:

  • Post content that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
  • Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims
  • Violate platform terms of service for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or LinkedIn
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Harass, threaten, or defame any individual or business
  • Violate any industry-specific regulations applicable to your profession

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

05 Intellectual Property

Upon delivery of your monthly content kit, Socials to Go grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, adapt, and publish the content for your business's social media purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense kit content to third parties. The Socials to Go brand, name, logo, and website content remain the exclusive property of the Company.

06 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Socials to Go and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, reputational harm, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the service or content kits.
In no event shall Socials to Go's total cumulative liability to you exceed the total fees paid by you to Socials to Go in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

07 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Socials to Go, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses including reasonable attorneys fees arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the service or content kits
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Content you post using your kit
  • Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Any claim that your use of the content caused harm to a third party

08 Assumption of Risk

By subscribing to and using Socials to Go, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Social media content carries inherent risks including audience reception, platform algorithm changes, and reputational impact
  • Content provided in your kit may contain errors or inaccuracies requiring your review and correction before posting
  • You assume all risk associated with posting, adapting, or acting on content provided in your kit
  • Socials to Go does not review, audit, or approve content before or after you post it
  • Results from social media content are not guaranteed and vary by industry, market, and execution

09 Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action participation.

9.3 Statute of Limitations

Any claim arising from your use of the service must be filed within two years of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.

9.4 Small Claims Exception

Either party may bring claims in small claims court in Florida, if the claim qualifies under that court's jurisdictional limits.

10 Modifications

Socials to Go reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

04 Third-Party Service Providers

We share data only with providers necessary to operate the service. Each is bound by appropriate data processing agreements.

  • Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
  • SendGrid: Transactional email delivery
  • Railway: Backend infrastructure and webhook processing
  • Netlify: Website hosting
  • Anthropic: AI content generation infrastructure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

05 Data Retention

Subscriber data is retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 12 months. After that period, data is deleted from our systems. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will process your request within 30 days.

06 Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and third-party security tools. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

07 Your Rights

Plain English summary: We offer a 7-day free trial so you can experience the service before paying. Once a kit is delivered, we do not offer refunds on delivered work. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.

01 Free Trial

All new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin. If you decide Socials to Go is not the right fit, simply do not continue past the trial period. You will not be charged.

To cancel during your free trial, email [email protected] before Day 7 and your subscription will be cancelled with no charge.

02 No Refunds on Delivered Kits

Because our content kits are custom-built digital deliverables created specifically for your business, industry, and market, we do not offer refunds once a kit has been delivered to your inbox.

By subscribing and completing your onboarding form, you acknowledge that you are commissioning a personalized digital product and agree to this no-refund policy on delivered work.

03 Exceptions We Honor

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Non-delivery: Your kit was not delivered within 48 hours of your subscription start date and you notified us within 7 days
  • Wrong industry: Your kit was generated for a completely different industry than what you specified on your onboarding form, due to our error
  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error
  • Trial period cancellation: You cancelled before Day 7 of your free trial and were charged anyway

To request a refund under one of the above exceptions, email [email protected] with your name, email address, and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

04 What We Cannot Refund

  • Dissatisfaction with the tone, style, or direction of content after a kit has been delivered
  • Content that you chose not to use
  • Partial months after cancellation
  • Canva template purchases (digital products, all sales final)
  • LinkedIn add-on fees for a period in which content was delivered

05 Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are two different things. You can cancel at any time and your subscription will not renew. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.

To cancel, email [email protected] or manage your subscription through your Stripe billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

06 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, we reserve the right to provide evidence of service delivery and contest the dispute. We encourage you to reach out to us directly first. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
